I stayed the same this week. Considering that this week was Princess Belle's birthday and I ate ENTIREDLY too much I will take it.

I am back. I have been doing alot of stuff over the last few monthes and i think i have been putting myself last especially because of my father's terminal cancer. but if i dont get control of my weight than i am going to be in a world of trouble. I can do this.. I know i can

weekly weigh-in

I had a great weigh-in today! I lost 3.4 lbs this week. I am sure all the snow shoveling had something to do with it, but I am thrilled. I am down 45.2 lbs since July 23!

funny little moment

We were out today and Prince Charming decided to check out how much it would cost to my wedding ring and engagement resized. I have lost so much weight that the rings I used to wear on a necklace because they were too tight on my hands are now loose and I am getting nervous that I will lose them. Well she went on with prices and information and all that yadda yadda yadda. She said that my fingers were three sizes smaller than the rings that used to be too small and that was all I heard. We walked away with Prince Charming grumbling about her talking nonsense about some thing or the other. All I could hear in my head was a little song, "Three ring sizes smaller! Three ring sizes smaller!" and I am not done yet!

weekly weigh-in

Well, I had my weigh-in this morning and it was a lovely surprise. I was convinced I wasn't going to lose this week. I was hoping to just break even and have a better week next week. I had been working so hard, but every time I stopped working, I was STARVING and I ate every vegan yummy thing I could find. Well, I guess the working burned off the extra calories I was eating and I actually lost 1.8 lbs!! I weigh less now than I did when I was in college! It is a good day. Here's to a good week next week.
